The practice is very keen to hear from our patients about our services and you can help by completing the Friends & Family Test (FFT).

Did you know? 90.1% of patients would recommend us to their friends and family? (*January 2024)

We have the highest number of GPs per 1000 patients in the PCN and are above the national average!*

We are above the national average in appointments offered within 2 weeks!*

We are well above the national average of percentage of appointments offered with a GP (*70%)

We have a very high DNA (patient did not attend) rate at 8%. These are appointments that could be given to someone who really needs it! Please respect the team and value your appointment, don’t book if you don’t need it and please cancel if you no longer can attend so we can offer it to someone who does!

We are a training practice for new GPs, clinical pharmacists, Physician associates, nursing trainees and medical students. Education is at the heart of what we do and we are proud to have won awards and recognition for our teaching.
